1. ABOUT US 

1.2 These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) set out the basis in which you are
allowed to use our website and the additional terms that apply if you become a
member of our community. 

1.3 Please see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the
Terms, for details of how we will use and process your personal data. 

1.4 Please also refer to our Events Policy which forms
part of the Terms. 

2.  USE
OF OUR WEBSITE

2.1 Access to and use of the website, www.pleasureislandparties.com by anyone, is
subject to these Terms.  By accessing and using the website you agree to
be legally bound by these Terms.

2.2 We may update these Terms from time to time for legal or
regulatory reasons.  We will notify you of any material change that
affects you. If you continue to use Pleasure Island Parties following
the effective date of any variation of these Terms, you will be deemed to have
accepted such variation. If you do not agree to such variation, you should stop
using Pleasure
Island Parties site .

3. ACCESS TO
OUR EVENTS  

3.1 The sensitive and sexual nature of our events, mean that we
reserve the right to accept or reject any tickets bought for our events at any
time, in addition to our rights under clause 6. This is to protect the
atmosphere of safety, respect, enjoyment and confidentiality at all our events
and workshops. As such, we may refuse entry or ask for you to leave an event or
workshop at our absolute discretion.

3.2 We reserve the right to request a short phone call with you to
ensure your suitability for our events and/or workshops. 

3.3 When you purchase a ticket to one of our events, you must be
aged 18 years
old or over and you may be asked to provide proof of your identity. We reserve
the right to vet you and your ID documents to verify your identity. 

3.4 To be able to attend our play parties, you must adhere to
our strict entry and verification requirements. 

3.4.1 First, you must register your interest via the registration page.

3.4.2. After this we will arrange a brief phone
call with you and ask a few questions to ensure you are the right fit for our
play parties. If you are not the right fit, we will refund your ticket in full
within 7 working days. If you are the right fit, we look forward to welcoming
you at our event. 

3.4.3 After you have booked your ticket, we will arrange a brief
phone call with you and ask a few questions to ensure you are the right fit for
our play parties. If you are the right fit  we will send you a passcode which you
can use to book your ticket. This passcode can only be used by you and agree
not to share or transfer this to anyone else. 

3.4.4 You
can't attend a play party if you have not registered and completed
a phone call with us. 

3.4.5. You do not have to repeat these steps if you have already
attended one of our play parties. Please refer to our privacy policy on what
details we will need to collect and how we store and use your data.  

3.5 Attendance at all our events and workshops are subject to the
adherence of our Code of Behaviour in clause 4 below. 

3.6 We reserve the right to update and amend these terms at any
stage at our discretion, and will notify you if this is the case.

4. CODE OF
BEHAVIOUR 

4.1 You must adhere to our Code of Behaviour at all times
whilst: 

4.2 If you are found not to comply with this code, Pleasure Island Parties will
have the right to deny you access to our events, workshops, services and
community indefinitely. 

4.3 You acknowledge and agree to comply with the following rules
of behaviour:

  • act
    honestly and respectfully at all times to us and the Pleasure Island Party guests
    and community
  • be
    discreet at all times and respect other guests’ confidentiality and
    privacy;
  • do
    not harass, abuse or harm another person;
  • comply
    at all times with all application laws, regulations, rules and directions;
  • If
    you are required to send a recent photo of yourself for the play parties,
    you do not use an image that is not your likeness; 
  • do
    not misrepresent your relationships with a person or entity, past or
    present;
  • provide
    accurate information to us and keep it updated;
  • do
    not collect or store other’s personal data without their express
    permission;
  • do
    not interfere or violate a third party’s private life, nor interfere with
    their private communications, nor breach any duties of confidence or
    confidentiality;
  • Do
    not take any photographs or videos or use any recording devices 

5.
CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 Privacy, confidentiality and discretion are core values that
we require you to abide by.  Do not discuss or disclose any non-public
information about Pleasure
Island Parties, our events, our venues or our guests to anyone else.

5.2 If you book or attend any of our workshops or events, you
automatically accept these Terms. 

5.3 We ask
that you keep the identities and personal stories or information of any other
participants private and confidential. We ask that you never share another
person’s personal experience or share their identity, without their permission.

5.4 You must not share the content and ideas of our events with
anyone who has not yet attended the same or similar event.

6.
NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE TERMS 

6.1 We may deny entry at any time to our events or workshops if in
our reasonable opinion you have breached any of the terms, conditions, codes or
policies set out in these Terms. In such circumstances, you will not be
entitled to any refunds.

7. REFUND,
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

7.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non transferable within 24 hours of booking. 
If you cannot attend, we cannot refund any costs of the ticket or
otherwise. 

7.3 In the event of cancellation by us we will refund your ticket
price, but are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred such as
hotels or travel.

7.4 .   In any event you must at all times comply with our
Events Policy (“Events Policy”).

8.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property
rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are
protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are
reserved.

8.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any
page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of
others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

8.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any
materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use
any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics
separately from any accompanying text.

8.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the
authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

8.5 You must not use any part of the content on our site for
commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our
licensors.

8.6 If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in
breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately
and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you
have made.

9. COOKIES
POLICY 

9.1   Cookies are small files which are stored on your
computer and designed to identify our users. If you do not wish for these to be
used, you must disable them on your browser.

9.2 We use some functional and required cookies, which allow you
to navigate and use key features on our site, for example customer accounts,
shopping carts and URL redirects. 

9.3 We use Analytics and Performance cookies to collect
information on how you interact with our site. Storing these cookies is how we
populate data such as traffic sourcesunique visitors, and cart abandonment. This helps us gather
feedback so that we can improve our website and better serve our users. We do
not generally store any personal information that you provide to us in a
cookie. These can be disabled at any time. 

9.4   Most of our cookies expire within 30 days,
although some may persist for 2-3 years.

AVAILABILITY AND USE OF PLEASURE ISLAND PARTIES WEBSITE AND SERVICES

10.1 Our website and services are available on a temporary
basis.  We may update the Pleasure Island Parties website
and we may change the Content and services at any time.  We reserve the
right to withdraw or amend our website and services without notice. We will not
be liable to you for any resulting loss or damage (to the extent we are allowed
to restrict liability by law) if Pleasure Island Parties is
unavailable at any time for any period. 

10.2 Please note that use of our website may be subject to your
computer and/or device complying with our minimum standard technical
specifications and compatibility requirements.  We shall not be liable for
any failure due to any incompatibility (including, without limitation, minimum
storage and memory requirements from time to time).

10.3 The content on our website is provided for general
information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should
rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our
site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or
implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.

10.4 We make no warranty that the functionality of the website will be
uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website
is free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

11.
DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Whilst we do our best to vet applicants for attendance at our
play parties, we do not do any other background checks in terms of things such
as criminal records. 

11.2 We will endeavour to provide a safe and respectful
environment for all of our events and workshops.  However, we cannot
control the behaviour of other guests and we urge you at all times to take care
and be sensible in your interactions with other guests, both in safety and
sexual responsibility.  You are solely responsible for your interactions
with other guests. We are not responsible for the conduct of any guest. 

11.3 Play parties may involve nudity, alcohol and sexual
interactions, which carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate.
These include the risk of sexual harassment, injury and sexually transmitted
infections. You must therefore follow our Code of Behaviour strictly at all
times. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us,
participation in our events and workshops are entirely at your risk.

11.4 In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by
us, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your
property or belongings while using our facilities.

11.5 We warrant that we will provide Pleasure Island Parties services
and our website with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described
in these Terms.

12. YOUR
LIABILITY TO US

12.1 You will be responsible for and indemnify us against all
claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by us as
a result of your breach of these Terms or other default in relation to any
codes, policies or your other obligations.

13. OUR
LIABILITY TO YOU

13.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by Pleasure Islands Parties or
any of its hosts circumstances
where there has been no breach of a legal duty of care which is owed by us or
any of our hosts,
and/or the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any breach
of these Terms.

13.2 In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by
us, the use by you of Pleasure Islands Parties website and attendance of
our workshops and events is entirely at your risk.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.

14. LINKS TO
PLEASURE ISLAND
PARTIES

14.1 You may link to Pleasure Island Parties provided
you do so in a way that is fair and legal and which does not damage our
reputation or take advantage of it. In particular, you must not establish a
link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or
endorsement on our part where none exists.

14.2 If you wish to make any use of the website content other than
that set out above, please address your request to  info@pleasureislandparties.com

14.3 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without
notice.

FROM PLEASURE ISLAND PARTIES

15.1 Pleasure
Island Parties and/or our online content may contain links to third party
websites and services. If you decide to visit any third party site or use a
third party service, you do so at your own risk.  We are not responsible
for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites or services.
Links do not imply that Pleasure Island Parties is affiliated to or
associated with such sites or services.

15.2 Your browsing and interaction on any other website or your
use of other services, including websites and services which have a link to Pleasure Island Parties, is
subject to that operator’s own rules and policies. Please read those rules and
policies before proceeding.

16.
GOVERNING LAW

16.1 These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with and
governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts.

EVENTS
POLICY

ADMISSION

  • Admission
    to any event is strictly subject to this Events Policy.
  • By
    purchasing a ticket to attend an event, you agree to be bound by this
    Events Policy.
  • Pleasure Island Parties reserves
    the right to refuse access to or order the immediate removal without any
    entitlement to a refund of any person who fails to act in accordance with
    this Events Policy.
  • Tickets
    are not refundable and non transferable .  
  • Pleasure Island Parties shall
    not be under any obligation to rectify tickets bought in error.
  • Tickets
    are personal to the person purchasing such tickets. You may not resell or
    trade any tickets
  • You
    may be
    asked to verify your identity on entry to an event.

MOBILE PHONES

You may not take or make phone calls and phones should be in
silent mode whilst at an event. 

CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES

No cameras, video or recording devices, live-streaming or
otherwise – whether on a mobile phone or other device, may be used at an event.
We reserve the right to take possession of and confiscate any mobile phone, camera,
video or recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used
or taken at an event.

PRESS / SOCIAL MEDIA

Pleasure Island Parties operates a strict no
press and no social media policy. You must not discuss or disclose to any press
nor post on social media any information about our events or about those
who have attended. 

Pleasure Island Parties may publish press
articles relating to and/or promoting its services and events, however we will
not use any
identifying photos taken at our events or workshops or use any participants’
data. 

Events are confidential and private occasions.  You are
reminded of your obligations under the code of behaviour under clause 4 of the
Terms. 

DRUGS AND SMOKING

You may bring alcohol but no illegal substances onto
the premises. Anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated shall be removed from
the event immediately without any entitlement to a refund. 

LIABILITY

We will endeavour to provide a safe and respectful environment for
all attendees.  However, we cannot control the behaviour of other guests
and we urge you at all times to take care and be sensible in your interactions
with other guests.  You are solely responsible for your interactions with
other guests. We are not responsible for the conduct of any guest.

Pleasure Island Parties accept no responsibility
for the loss, theft, damage or alteration to any personal items brought onto
the premises by its guests.

You shall not exhibit behaviour which is considered antisocial or
disruptive or contradicts Pleasure Island Parties Code
of Behaviour. Such behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event
without any entitlement to a refund.

Pleasure Island Parties reserves the right to
report any person deemed to be exhibiting illegal, antisocial or disruptive
behaviour to the police for further investigation.
